Ottawa National Forest Baraga; Houghton, Michigan Ontonagon Ranger District

The Ottawa National Forest is proposing to manage approximately 14,100 acres on Forest Service land as well as the transportation system needed to facilitate timber harvest and provide recreational access near Prickett Lake.

Location

The project is located on the Ontonagon Ranger District in Baraga and Houghton Counties. The project area is 36,000 total acres; of which 24,000 acres are National Forest land.
