In 2013 a beaver dam flooded 250-300' of portage including 40' of boardwalk. Erosion has occurred on multiple unsustainable paths used to avoid the flooded section. We propose to reroute about 600' of portage to higher ground.

T 63N R 5W Sec 24. Portage is located between Lujenida Lake and Zenith Lake in the Boundary Waters Canoe Area Wilderness.
