To provide a safe multipurpose recreational path to connect facilities along a highly-recreated segment of the Seward Highway.

Location

Parallel to the Seward Highway near Portage, from the vicinity of MP 75 at Ingram Creek to MP 82 north of Twentymile River. Includes connections to recreation facilities outside the highway corridor.
