Ohmer Creek Trail Reconstruction

Tongass National Forest Wrangell-Petersburg, Alaska Petersburg Ranger District

The reroute and reconstruction of approximately 3/4 of a mile of trail beyond the floating bridge to Snake Ridge Road. The trail is proposed to be a gravel turnpike approximately 5 feet wide to be consistent with the rest of the trail.

Location

Ohmer Creek Trail originates at milepost 21 of the Mitkof Highway on Mitkof Island and terminates on Snake Ridge Road (FS road 6246).
