A run-of-river power generation project and associated powerline will be installed to bring hydroelectric power to the city of Angoon. This will replace the diesel generation system that is currently being used by Angoon. CZMA FL/P (1)
Location
Thayer Creek is on the west side of Admiralty Island about five miles north of Angoon (poweline will extend from the creek area to Angoon).
