Tongass National Forest Prince of Wales-Outer, Alaska Thorne Bay Ranger District

Project analyzes potential improvements to the existing 20.5 miles of road north of the Neck Lake junction. Project runs east to Whale Pass seaplane base and north to El Cap parking lot.

Location

Project will be in 3 segments: Segment 1 from Neck Lake junction to NFSR 250000 & 300000. Segment 2 north from 3000000 to Whale Pass on 3065000. Segment 3 from Neck Lake to west to El Cap parking lot.
