The Thorne Bay RD proposes to authorize Columbia River Carbonates to improve about 1,050 feet of decommissioned logging road on NFS lands to access their private property. Authorization would occur through a temporary special use permit.

Location

Northern Prince of Wales Island in the upper El Capitan Passage area.
