AP&T seeks a special use authorization to run a high-speed internet fiber optic cable across Mitkof Island under USDA Rural Development Agency CE category - 7CFR1970.54(b)(4).
Location
The route on Mitkof Island would be the same as the GCI cable which runs along side Mitkof Highway. The entire length of the cable would be from Juneau to Prince of Wales Island (POW).
