Pack Creek Managed Season Extension

Tongass National Forest Skagway-Hoonah-Angoon, Alaska Admiralty Island National Monument

Proposal to expand the permitted and managed season at Pack Creek from 4/15 to 9/30 and limit visitation to 24 people/day. It will authorize a maximum of 50% commercially guided persons, including guides, and 50% unguided during the managed season.

Location

Pack Creek is located about 40 miles south of Juneau on the northeast corner of Admiralty Island within Upper Seymour Canal.
