Improve a 3.08-mile section of the Treadwell Ditch Trail that runs from Emerson Spur Trail to the Eaglecrest Ski Area. The finished gravel trail would be 24 inches wide. Bridges would be up to 5 feet wide. No proposed changes to the existing route.

The Treadwell Ditch Trail is west of downtown Juneau on Douglas Island.
