Southern SE Regional Aquaculture Assoc. requests authorization to use ATVs on Blind River Rapids Trail and a portion of its parking lot to manually transport adult king salmon from the Rapids to Crystal Lake Hatchery to improve salmon recruitment.

Location

Blind River Rapids boardwalk trail and recreation area on Mitkof Island, approximately 18 miles south of the community of Petersburg. Recreation area is accessed by Mitkof Highway.
