AP&T Etolin-Burnett Communication Site Fuel Transfer

Proposal to use a rock pit on NFS lands twice a year to re-fuel generators that power the Etolin-Burnett Peak Communication Site and the helicopter that transports the generators. Diesel/jet fuel would be at the rock pit only while actively fueling.

Location

Red Rock Pit on Nemo Skip Loop Road (NFS road 6267) on Wrangell Island in central southeast Alaska.
