Remove a single young-growth tree (the Christmas Tree) using a crane and excavator. The tree's root wad would remain attached. Minor road grading and widening at the harvest site is anticipated.

The selected tree is on the Wrangell Ranger District adjacent to a National Forest System road within the maintenance right-of-way.
