Dakota Prairie Grasslands, McKenzie Ranger District, received a proposal for utilities on NFS lands. Utilities could include, but are not limited to, buried electric and fiber optic lines, gas, oil, freshwater and saltwater pipelines, and above-ground layflat water lines.
