North Lone Pine Creek Greenback Reintroduction

The purpose of this project is to establish a self-sustaining population of greenback cutthroat trout, an Endangered Species Act listed “threatened” species, in the North Lone Pine Creek watershed in alignment with the species recovery plan.

Location

Larimer County, Colorado, at T10N, R74W, Sec. 26, 27, 33, 34, west of Red Feather Lakes, along Larimer County Road 86 (Deadman Road), and parallel to North Lone Pine Trail #953.
