Road Use NFSR 964 and Non-system Route DGL598 ONEOK Bakken Pipeline, L.L.C.

ONEOK Bakken Pipeline, L.L.C., is requesting use on National Forest System Road 964 and improved two track roads to transport material to install a 12-inch NGL pipeline on the surrounding neighbors' lands and to provide land restoration and maintain the pipeline easement.
