The Medicine Bow-Routt National Forest has received Expressions of Interest on the HPBE District to lease ten parcels to the BLM for a potential future oil and gas lease sale and subsequent exploration and development.
Location
The 10 parcels are located in the Hahns Peak-Bears Ears District, approximately 30 miles northwest of Steamboat Springs, 20 miles north of Hayden, and approximately 25 miles northeast of Craig. They occur in Township 10N, 87-89W.
