Arizona Public Service (APS) is requesting to amend an existing special use permit to rebuild the existing NE-7 69kV segment from Summit Substation to Williams Substation, add a fiber optic line on the poles, and expand the existing right-of-way by 10' on each side.
Location
The project area is located within the southern portion of the Williams Ranger District (WRD) south of the City of Williams, AZ near Perkinsville Road. The proposal includes 4.5 miles of 69KV line replacement through National Forest System Lands.
