Install a buried fiber optic cable along Buggy Wheel Ranch Road to provide upgraded internet service to the USDA Forest Service Green Base Helibase facility for the purpose of improved aviation safety using rock bores and micro-fiber.
Location
Approximately 10.5 miles east of Williams, AZ, starting at the junction of the US-40 and Cool Pines Road, continuing west along FSR 74 and into the Green Base driveway to reach the Helibase office building.
