The purpose of the Black Hills 2, formally Supplemental EA, is to allow for more areas of vegetation treatments and prescribed fire within the original 2011 Black Hills EA project footprint.

Location

The Black Hills 2 Vegetation Management Project encompasses the same area as the original Black Hills EA, with a total area inside the project boundary of about 185,525 acres.
