The boat ramp parking lots on Palisades Reservoir are frequently filled to capacity causing users to park on the shoulders of access roads. The project is located at the Calamity Boat Ramp on Palisades Reservoir in Bonneville County, ID south of Swan Valley, ID on the Palisades Ranger District of the Caribou-Targhee National Forest.
