The Fremont River Ranger District is proposing actions to restore riparian areas and aquatic habitat through in-stream habitat structures, installing fencing, planting riparian wood species, and replacing or installing stream crossing structures to improve aquatic organism passage.
Location
Project activities would take place across Boulder Mountain and include riparian areas, streams, and other aquatic habitats, with a special emphasis on habitats that support resident trout, Forest Sensitive Colorado River cutthroat trout (CRCT), and western toad.
