Salmon-Challis National Forest Lemhi, Idaho Salmon-Challis National Forest All Units

The Forest Service proposes to remove insect-infested trees and adjacent uninfested trees in the project area to reduce the potential for insect outbreaks and to increase stand resiliency to disturbances.

Location

The project is located on the Salmon-Cobalt Ranger District, south of Williams Summit, along the Ridge Road.
