Amend Foresthill PUD's Special Use Permit for Sugar Pine Reservoir for installation of radial gates to increase water storage capacity (EIS). This will be a joint analysis with the state project to extend the PUD's water right permit (EIR).

Sugar Pine Reservoir, north of Foresthill, CA. Sections 13 and 24, T15N, R10E, and Sections 18 and 19, T15N, R11E, Mt. Diablo Meridian.
