Repair meadow hydrology in Castle Valley and Round Valley on Donner Summit to restore ecosystem function and increase resilience.

The project will restore and protect critical ecosystems including meadow and stream habitat, reduce hazardous accumulations of surface and ladder fuels, reduce the risk of high severity wildfire, improve forest eco-system heath and tree vigor, reduce stand densities, and increase resilience.
