The installation of seven new #7 boxes (WLs 13, 17, 19, 23, 25, 29, and 31) and replacement of four existing #5 boxes with new #7 boxes (WLs 11, 15, 21, 27) will require 11 off-pavement excavations with 11 adjacent work areas.
Location
Tahoe National Forest south of Donner Pass Road, between Soda Springs Road and Sugar Bowl Road, and adjacent to the PG&E Summit Substation in Soda Springs, Nevada and Placer Counties, California.
