The Forest Service is proposing to amend the Special Use Permit currently held by Enbridge and authorize the three types of decommissioning activities described below, including valve flush or removals, pipeline grouting, and pipeline removal.
Location
The proposed project area is an existing corridor for pipelines maintained by Enbridge Energy LLC (Enbridge) that generally parallels Highway 2 extending from just west of the Cass County / Hubbard County line at the western boundary to the Cass County / Itasca County border at the eastern boundary
