The Sault Ste. Marie Tribe of Chippewa Indians (the "Tribe") is proposing construction and installation and issuance of a special use authorization for operation, use, and maintenance of a new, buried fiber optic cable within the pre-disturbed road rights-of-way of County Road H-63/Makinac Trail.
