Implement projects included in Loon Mountain Resort's 2024 Master Development Plan to include new trails, lifts, and facilities within and adjacent to its existing species use permit area. The proposal includes an expansion of the permit area and amendments to the 2005 Forest Plan.

On about 400 acres of National Forest System and private lands to the southwest adjacent to the existing ski permit area.
