Request from permit holder to replace outhouse associated their cabin on East Island in Tebenkof Bay Wilderness. The new outhouse would be the same size as the original (4 x 4 ft) and built adjacent to the existing building. The old pit would be filled and a new one dug (30" diameter x 36" deep).
