Replace and improve three helicopter pads at the existing Etolin, Farragut, and Fools radio repeater administrative sites.
Location
All 3 sites are on alpine mountain tops. Etolin at 3,116 ft elevation on Etolin Island; Farragut at 3,946 ft elevation on the mainland; Fools at 3,481 ft elevation on Wrangell Island.
